A feast celebrating the best tastes Vietnam and NOLA

Chris Howard, Head Chef of Humble Onion, will be unleashed upon us, delivering a coalesce smorgasbord of Vietnamese & NOLA shared food, over 3 giant courses. Think noodles meets blackened chicken, poi-boy meets Bahn Mi, Beignet meets quẩy sticks, succulent pork, fresh seafood, spice and LOTS OF FIRE!!
To wash it all down, beers will be flowing throughout the night from both breweries, along with a sneaky one-off collaboration. Head Brewers Jon (Campus) & Brian (Artisan) join forces to showcase flavours from both regions in a mostly unknown beer style. Keep an eye on our socials for more clues!!!
